I have now had this Lofoten Pro ACE suit for 4 weeks and used it in alpine snow/rain many times .It is by far the best thought out design and build quality that Norrona have produced. The options in bib/brace/vest are terrific,the ventilation is well thought through and the ACE material is superior to any other product that I have used.The cut and zip positions are the best evolution of the Lofoten range yet.Highly recommended for Alpine Pro's.

I used this as my main ski pants from March through May this past season. I was mainly ski touring around Norway, With a bit of resort shredding in between. It’s as durable and water/windproof as I’ve come to take for granted from Norrøna, so I never really mention it, but that’s why we wear our shells! Never had a wet bum in these, no matter how hard it rained. The range of motion is great, it doesn’t snag anywhere. I also used the zip on bib and really liked it for keeping snow out and not having to tighten the pants around my hips. Way more comfortable like that. It has a double vent with a zipper on each side of the leg, so you get good throughflow of air to cool you down, while the black fabric makes it a tas warmer on the coldest days (as long as the sun’s shining)

I used these the last few months of the 2018/19 season shooting the Endless Winter project. I also used the previous version during filming in Canada for the Shapes. Needless to say these are the best ski pants you can buy. The material is the most durable you can get your hands on and the fit and functionality is amazing. Hands down the best, not much more to say really.
