Bad start with a new brand: wrinkly and weak neck

I have this sweater now for almost 2 months but it’s disappointing for the price. It wrinkles insanely and hard to iron out and the neck is not fitting to the size, it’s very loos around the neck. Too bad, because of this I’m hardly wearing it.
