Next up:

1. Clean your gear before sending it in. We can't carry out repairs on unwashed items.
   
2. Print out your repair service order form, and put it in the front pocket of the garment or attach it elsewhere.

   If you do not have a printer copy the service order number (the number highlighted in yellow), the name of the product, and your contact details on a piece of paper and attach it to the product so we can identify the package.
   
3. Deliver the product to a Norrøna store or ship it to:
   
   
   
   We recommend sending with tracking. Writing your service number on the outside of the package helps us process it faster.
   
4. You will receive an email with payment details when we have received your package and can tell if we can repair the damage or not.
