Magnus Barbo

Magnus Barbo is one of the newest additions to Norrøna’s creative team – and a natural storyteller across words, conversations, and film.

A highly accomplished climber, he moves between the crags around his hometown of Oslo and big mountain walls in places such as Cochamó, Chile. He is also an exceptionally strong skier, giving him firsthand experience of the mountain world he tells stories about.

After years of studying and working for the Norwegian ski magazine Fri Flyt, Magnus now brings his curiosity, ideas, mountain knowledge, and infectious enthusiasm to Norrøna – always looking for the next story worth telling.
