Chasing Summits, Capturing Stories.
Eivind Eidslott is Global Creative Manager at Norrøna, Editor-in-Chief of Norrøna Magazine, and host of the Norrøna Podcast and numerous Norrøna events. Growing up in the Sunnmøre Alps on Norway’s west coast, the mountains became an early and lasting influence on both his life and work.
He co-founded Norway’s largest ski magazine, Fri Flyt, in 1998 and has spent much of his career as a journalist, editor, and author – writing for major Norwegian newspapers, magazines, and the Norwegian Trekking Association (DNT), as well as publishing several books about outdoor life and culture.
Whether skiing, climbing, hiking, trail running, mountain biking, or simply spending time in the mountains, one thread has always remained: experiencing nature firsthand – and telling stories that inspire others to get out there.
