Norrøna ambassador Vincent Colliard set a new speed record to the South Pole.
Adding another remarkable achievement to a career dedicated to exploration in some of the harshest environments on Earth.
A long-time expedition partner of polar legend Børge Ousland, Colliard has participated in numerous Arctic and Antarctic journeys and has become one of the world's most accomplished modern polar travelers.
Together, Colliard and Ousland also founded Ice Legacy, an ambitious initiative that takes them across some of the planet’s largest glaciers and ice caps.
By traversing these vast frozen landscapes, the project aims to deepen our understanding of the world's ice-covered regions while documenting the visible effects of climate change.
The South Pole record was not only a testament to endurance and performance, but also part of a broader mission to inspire awareness and appreciation for some of Earth’s most fragile and rapidly changing environments.
