1977The Sleeping Bags

Sketches of Norrøna green and yellow sleeping bags with associated gear; a backpack, boots, fishing rod, stove, and cookware.

By 1977, Norrøna was steadily broadening its range of mountain equipment. The introduction of its first sleeping bags allowed adventurers to rely on Norrøna not only during the day, but throughout the night as well.

Built for cold Nordic conditions, the sleeping bags reflected the same focus on functionality, durability, and expedition-proven performance that had become the company’s hallmark.
