In 2012, Norrøna introduced the /29 warm4 Hood, an innovative fleece garment made from Polartec® fabric derived from approximately 40 recycled PET bottles.
At a time when sustainability was becoming an increasingly important focus within the outdoor industry, the product demonstrated how recycled materials could be transformed into high-performance apparel without compromising warmth, comfort, or durability.
The launch reflected Norrøna’s growing commitment to responsible innovation and longer-lasting outdoor products.
