Who We’re Looking For We seek athletes, adventurers, and outdoor professionals who rely on the best gear and want to be active members of the Norrøna community. To apply, please note that you must be a member of the Norrøna Loyalty Program. See qualifications.
What We Expect Be active in the outdoors, embody the brand lifestyle, and share your experiences by tagging us and showcasing your adventures with Norrøna gear.
Requirements
Requirement: A valid professional guide license or certificate is mandatory. Preference is given to full-time guides. Please note that ski instructors do not qualify as guides.
Documentation: Submit a clear copy of an official and current license, certificate, or professional ID card that includes a photograph and expiration date.
Note: Employment proof such as pay stubs, contracts, or general course completion certificates will not be accepted.
Accepted: Members of volunteer rescue teams (e.g. Search and Rescue Dog Teams, Search and Rescue Organizations, Red Cross groups, Mountain Rescue Service, Mountain and Alpine Rescue).
Not Accepted: Police officers, military personnel, firefighters, ambulance personnel, or sea rescue services (who generally belong to professional emergency services rather than volunteer rescue teams).
Documentation: Valid ID card, badge, or certificate clearly showing active membership in one of the accepted volunteer rescue organizations.
Requirement: Portfolio reflecting the Norrøna brand identity, focusing on outdoor activities such as skiing, mountaineering, and mountain biking.
Instagram/Website: Provide a link to a public Instagram account or personal website for review.
Requirement: Activities and content align with Norrøna's core outdoor categories (skiing, mountaineering, mountain biking, and climbing).
Follower Count: Minimum of 10K followers for influencers.
(Brand Exclusivity:) Must not be sponsored by or be a Pro User for competing outdoor brands.
Requirement: Applicants must have planned upcoming expeditions within Norrøna’s core outdoor categories.
Portfolio: Public Instagram profile, website, or YouTube channel showcasing previous expeditions (no follower count requirement).
