About Norrøna Cash Points
What are cash points?
Cash points are Norrøna's own digital currency and can be used to purchase products. As a Norrøna loyalty member, you can earn points on full-price purchases, online and in-store.
How to earn cash points on purchase
How many cash points you earn, depends on your Loyalty level. There are three levels:
Level 1 = 5%
Up to NOK 5 000*
Level 2 = 7,5%
NOK 5 000 - 10 000*
Level 3 = 10%
Above NOK 10 000*
*Loyalty level is calculated in your local currency on the amount spent the last 24 months on full price purchase. You can see your Loyalty level by logging in to your account.
- The points will be available 45 days after the purchase.
- They are calculated in your local currency. 1 point is equivalent to 1 unit of your currency.
- You can earn and use cash points from/in any currency.
- You need to use points within 3 years from receiving them.
- Points used in a purchase will not generate new points.
- You will not earn points if there is a discount on your order.
- When using Cash Points on an order containing multiple items, the Cash Points will be distributed proportionally between the individual products based on their price.
Cash points and Returns
- Cash Points earned on a purchase will be deducted if the product is returned.
- If you use Cash Points earned on a product you have returned, the refunded amount in cash will be reduced by the corresponding value of the Cash Points.
- Returns of products purchased with Cash Points will receive Cash Points back.
- Products purchased with a combination of Cash Points and cash will be refunded according to the original payment method.
