Join Norrøna for an afternoon of climbing at Gneis
Climbing has always been part of Norrøna. It is part of our heritage, our products, and today, our everyday lives as well. Here at Norrøna House, we are fortunate to have several passionate climbers among our colleagues—and even more fortunate to have a climbing center right next door.
This afternoon, we invite you to share our passion at Gneis. Join us for a climbing session with the Norrøna team and try out some of our favorite climbing apparel.
Program
We'll spend the afternoon climbing together, focusing on technique and movement. Have you plateaued at 6a and are wondering how to move up to the next grade? Are you struggling to figure out the beta for a particular route? Or do you simply want to feel more confident on the wall? Whether you want to improve your climbing or just enjoy a social climbing session, you're very welcome to join us.
Mike from the Norrøna Adventure Team, Bjørn, one of our designers, and Magnus from the marketing team will be there throughout the session to share tips and techniques that can help you become a better climber.
We also serve light snacks and refreshments.
As part of the event, Gneis is offering participants a 30% discount on admission and equipment rental. Simply show your event registration when you arrive.
Practical information
- When: September 10 at 5:00 PM
- Where: Gneis, in the large room overlooking the waterfall
- Level: Suitable for beginner to intermediate climbers, but you must have a valid lead climbing certification to participate.
- What to bring: Comfortable clothes for climbing and climbing shoes, if you have them. Climbing equipment can be rented from Gneis.
Some snacks and drinks will be served.
