We look forward to spending the weekend with you. Below you can find some practical information about the festival.
We will be staying at Hotel Les Aiglons in Chamonix, a newly renovated 4 star hotel in the centre of Chamonix.

We have a store located in the middle of Chamonix, a 8 min walk from the hotel. During the festival you will get a 10% discount at the store by showing your festival wristband that you will get on arrival.

A legendary local hangout located a 10 min walk from the hotel.
Both a lively bar and the "Go To" restaurant in Chamonix. At MOÖ, you are welcome in both ski clothes as well as formal wear. You will always run into friendly people and are guaranteed to spot some hardcore famous skiers!
On Saturday we will have apres ski and dinner at Moö bar. If you want to try out the bar before that you will have some free time on Friday.

Gear rental
If you need to rent gear you can do that at the Salomon Store Chamonix - Ski Rental
During the festival you will get a 20% discount at the store by showing your festival wristband that you will get on arrival.

Equipment needed for the different clinics
- All clinics: Avalanche beacon, probe and shovel
- Steep ski: Ski touring equipment, ice axe, harness and crampons for skis and boots
- The Vallée Blanche descent: Harness and crampons for boots
- Lift based freeride: Skis/Snowboard for freeride
- Backcountry freestyle: Skis/Snowboard for backcountry
Transport
Arrival
If you are arriving at Geneva airport on the 19th of March, we have a bus leaving from the airport at 13:00 with “Mountain drop offs”.
How to find Mountain drop offs:
They have a desk in the arrivals hall at the airport as the following description:
Their uniformed driver or representative will meet you on the Swiss side of Geneva airport in the arrivals hall. Turn left out of baggage reclaim, their desk is next to the Bretzel Konig Cafe. Please keep your mobile phone with you and turned on once you are inside the terminal so that they can contact you. In the event of any delays due to weather, traffic or flight delays, they will keep you fully informed. To help them help you, they are extremely grateful if you notify them of any last minute changes or delays with your flights.

Departure
We have two buses leaving from the hotel in Chamonix to Geneva airport on Sunday 22nd. Depending on your departure time, you can choose one of the following times. We recommend that you leave at least 3,5 hours before your departure.
- First bus: 14:00
- Second bus: 15:30
Parking
If you are coming by car you can book a parking spot at the hotel by contacting them directly: +33 (0)4 50 55 90 93. Parking needs to be paid separately by each participant before checking out of the hotel.
Another option is the outdoor parking lot located 1 min walk from the hotel. You pay per day at this parking lot.
Check in and out hotel
Rooms are guaranteed to be available from 4pm on the day of your arrival. They have a luggage room where you can store your luggage if you are coming earlier.
Check out is at 10am on departure day, so we need to check out before we go skiing on Sunday. We will keep 4 rooms to share with late check out, for those who would like to take a shower before they leave.
Food and beverages
Breakfast
Breakfast is at the hotel from 06:30 for the participants staying at the hotel.
Lunch
Everyone will get a sandwich and snack for lunch that will be given to them on departure to the ski resort.
Dinner
We will have dinner together at the hotel on Thursday and Friday. On Saturday we will have a casual dinner at Moö bar.
Drinks and snacks
During presentations in the conference room we will serve some finger food (Thursday) and a selection of drinks (Thursday and Friday).
- At dinner, 1 drink is included per person.
- At Moö bar you will get two tokens. 1 token = 1 drink and 1 = food.
- Any extra drinks or snacks needs to be paid separately by the participant.

- 08:45: Departure for rest of the clinics

- 15:30/16:00: Bus departs from ski resort
- 16:00 - 18:25: Free time (Spa facilities / Moö bar)
- 18:30: Collection of test clothes from the day
- 19:00: Dinner at hotel
- 21:00: Freeride film night
SATURDAY
- From 06:30: Breakfast
- 08:15: Meet up outside of hotel
- 08:45: Departure for rest of the clinics
- 12:00: Lunch
- 15:30/16:00: Bus departs from ski resort
- 16:00: Collection of test clothes from the day
- From 16:00: After ski at Moö bar
- 19:00 - 21:30: Dinner at Moö bar
SUNDAY
- From 06:30: Breakfast
- Check out of the hotel / Leave luggage in luggage room
- 08:00: Meet up outside of hotel
- 13:00: Bus departs from ski resort
- 13:15: Collection of test clothes
- 14:00: First bus to Geneva Airport
- 15:30: Second bus to Geneva Airport
