For us it is important that our beanies not only look good but also have the technical properties of a good beanie. Therefore, all our beanies are made of 100% merino wool guaranteed free of mulesing. This makes them warm and comfortable. We do not use acrylic in the mix. We sometimes use a fleece lining towards the head to make the beanie feel even nicer.

I just bought it and love it!!! I'm living in Montreal, Canada where winter conditions are strong and mixed. The beanie material are soft, light and warm!!! Note that I have a large size head and it was sufficient elastic to be fully confortable. Only one regret, I was not able to have a blue one (sold out)...

À noter que la taille de ma tête est "large" et que le bonnet est suffisamment élastique pour que je sois pleinement confortable. Un seul regret, incapable d'en avoir un bleu (épuisé)...

I accidentally put this in a 40 degree wash (but did tumble dry) and it shrunk considerably. Is there anyway to restore the size?
I made the same mistake and didn't find any way to restore. I tried to stretch it with no results. The only way out is to buy another one. Please mind to hand wash it for short time because leaving it in the water for a long time, even if in col water, would make it feltlike too.

The beanie is somewhat flexible, så the material will stretch when you put on the beanie.
I do believe the size fits most people.
