Return and exchange
We want all of our customers to have a great shopping experience and feel safe when buying a Norrøna product. That’s why we accept returns for a refund up to 30 days after the purchase and have an unlimited amount of days exchange policy.
Exchange (unlimited amount of days):
A product can always be exchanged into another product as long as it is unused. No restriction on number of days you have had it. You can either return it by mail with the enclosed return scheme or exchange it in one of our official Norrøna Stores:
Stores: You can exchange all products bought online (except outlet products) in Norrøna Concept and Flagship Stores by showing the receipt from the webshop. We have stores in Norway, Sweden and France, find your nearest store here. Exchanges is only for full price products (not outlet products), and no products can be exchanged in other retailers of Norrøna or in Norrøna Outlets.
Mail: Fill in the return scheme and mail it along the product(s). The customer pays return shipment and is responsible for the shipment (except for Norway and Sweden which have a prepaid solution in the package). We highly recommend tracking for your safety.
We’ll handle your exchange as fast as possible. Normally the exchange is processed within 2 working days after we receive the package (Denmark). The new product will be sent within 2 working days and you’ll get an email with a confirmation and new tracking number.
Return (within 30 days):
A product can be returned to Norrøna within 30 days after receiving it, and you will get a full refund of the purchase to the payment card. Fill out the return scheme and mail the product to us by following the instructions, and put the scheme inside the package.
You can not get a refund in Norrøna stores for a product purchased online, only exchange. The customer pays and is responsible for the shipment, and we highly recommend tracking (Prepaid return label in Norway and Sweden).
Pre-paid return label:
Norwegian and Swedish orders will come with a pre-paid return label inside the parcel. If you wish to exchange your product, Norrøna will cover the return shipping cost. If you want a refund for the returned product(s), we will deduct 150 NOK/SEK from the refunded amount for the return shipping cost.
Our goal is to handle your return as fast as possible. Normally the return is processed within 2 working days after we receive the package (Denmark). The amount will be refunded to the payment card within 7 days.
All products must be unused and still have the tag on.
Outlet products can only be returned online.
