Free returns in Europe with prepaid return label
Returns should be smooth sailing, so we’re offering a pre-paid return label to give you a hassle-free return experience.
You can return for refund within 30 days after you receive your shipment. Just attach the prepaid return label (sticker) on the outside of the package you are returning, and put the return scheme inside the package, when sending it back to us.

In Norway you return the package to your postal office (Bring is the transporter)
In Sweden you return the package to your postal office (PostNord is the transporter)
Switzerland: Customer covers return shipping cost (DHL is the transporter)
USA: Customer covers return shipping cost
Canada: Customer covers return shipping cost
Asia: Customer covers return shipping cost
Australia: Customer covers return shipping cost
We recommend shipping with tracking outside Europe.
The product you return shold be unused, unwashed and in it's original package with hangtags still on.
We’ll handle your return as fast as possible. Normally the return is processed within 2 working days after we receive the package in our warehouse (Denmark). The payment solution provider often use approximately 5 days to refund money. So please allow 1-2 weeks before getting the refund back to your payment card.
You can exchange the product into other product(s) in our official Norrøna stores, but not get a refund. Exchanges is only for full price products (not outlet products), and no products can be exchanged in other retailers of Norrøna or in Norrøna Outlets.
All products must be unused and still have the tag on.
Outlet products can only be returned online.
