As part of our Norrøna Recovery Run Club week, we’re opening the vault on high-performance mountain recovery. Join us at the Norrøna Store Chamonix for an interactive masterclass with Arnaud Tortel, physiotherapist, polar explorer, and the chief recovery mind behind world-class trail legends.

For over a decade as head physiotherapist for elite international trail teams, Arnaud managed the physical health, joint alignment, and recovery of over 30 top-tier athletes—including legends like Kilian Jornet, François d’Haene, Emelie Forsberg, and Maude Mathys.

In this exclusive masterclass, Arnaud Tortel will break down:
