What are you looking for on the trails? Excitement and adventure? Pushing yourself further and seeking progression? Or simply an escape – the freedom to flow at your own pace?
The Flow is a short film about why we ride. About looking for new trails and new opportunities, using your imagination and putting in the effort: moving the bike uphill, lifting it over rocks, carrying it across the river and helping your friends through.
It's about trying a new trail, maybe failing, and trying once again. Riding in all kinds of weather, in the middle of the night or the middle of winter, deep into the woods. Because when you're a mountain biker, there's always a new landscape to explore. Some uphills require a little extra – but the prize may be a never-ending downhill.
And it's about standing at the start of a single track with your best buddies, a little nervous before you release the brakes. Finding the right balance between focus, speed and joy – and, in the end, the natural flow. Featuring Norrøna ambassador Thomas Klingenberg.
