At Norrøna, we're dedicated to promote decent working conditions and human rights in our supply chains. We achieve this through close collaboration with our suppliers and partners.

A significant highlight from 2024 is our membership in the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF). This partnership provides us with essential tools to improve the labor conditions in our supply chain. FWF helps us address human rights issues, conduct robust third-party assessments, and offers valuable training and resources to strengthen both supply chain integrity and factory conditions, as well as enabling collaboration with other brands.

Beyond supporting our suppliers, Fair Wear's Brand Performance Check is a crucial mechanism that assesses Norrøna's own practices. We believe that this is an important mechanism to receive feedback on how we can improve our purchasing practices, and we are looking forward to the first check in 2025.
