Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile and comfortable in most weather Living in the US Pacific Northwest, riding conditions vary quite a bit and having to stock up on multiple pairs of riding bottoms becomes obnoxious and expensive. The multiple zipper-opening vents and water repellent fabric make the fjørå an easy choice for my daily rainy commutes or hot and sunny Sunday rides. The fjørå quickly became my default riding pant and fits well with my bibs and gel undershorts. On multi day rides, I could wash these in a sink and have them ready to go the next morning, and the fabric holds up great. A great choice for long trek road riders, cyclocross, and mtn adventures. Unless you're one of those people who really like wearing spandex at the bar.... we get it. You bike.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best in-class These shorts take an amazing amount of abuse and show zero evidence of it. Well ventilated, quick drying, and well thought-out, these are my go-to shorts until winter sets in. * Pockets are easy to access, even with a pack on * Velcro cinches on the side easily adjust to that extra beer you had the night before * Length is perfect -- just covering the top of a kneepad * Full-length zipper vents are crucial in staving off the temps on hot-day climbs. Know what I need? Knicker-length versions of these for winter in California.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good quality, but too hot for summer weather riding Overall good quality and good looks but I wouldn't recommend them for hotter days or higher pulse activities because of their construction. A little bit too long and thick and not so breathable after all in 19C and plus temperatures. Rode a couple EWS competitions last year with this kit (shorts+jersey) and the shorts were way too hot and unbreathable and they looked soaked in the heat.. In much colder conditions they are good.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice shorts but back pockets could be a problem I really like the shorts, they are light and baggy enough for riding loose and comfortably. I have two negative issues: The back pockets can "easily" get stuck on the saddle as you sit back up on it after standing up with the bike between your legs and maybe doing some adjustments on fork or brakes etc.. And for hot summer days in the southern parts of Europe, they can be a bit too long...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best mountain bike shorts ever! Fit, Finish and function are superlative. Color is vibrant and energizing. I feel I ride better because my pants are what James Bond would where if he were a mountain biker.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why do you call them bike shorts? They don't have the inner soft short as all bike pants do. To expensive for just a normal short I returned them
