Norrøna has a long history of creating and producing in-house, which is why opening the doors in 2020 of our very own factory in Kaunas, Lithuania was a natural next step in our sustainable expansion plan.

Today, our factory produces highly functional and sustainable Norrøna fleeces, mid-layers, and baselayers using only European-sourced materials. This factory follows a Norwegian labor standard guideline in which all factory employees are entitled to more flexible working hours along with an extra week of vacation time.
