<p>This lightweight shell jacket is made for demanding alpine climbing but works perfectly for all-season mountaineering adventures, including trekking and ski touring.</p> <p>We use A GORE-TEX® PRO fabric, the world-leading membrane for highly durable waterproofness (28,000mm), optimized breathability, and total windproofness.</p> <p>The main fabric is a 3-layer GORE-TEX© PRO most breathable 40D with a 100% recycled nylon face. This lightweight yet durable PRO quality provides excellent breathability (RET less than 6) while still offering reliable, long-lasting weather protection.</p> <p>The top hood, shoulders, and elbow panels are reinforced with a 3-layer 70Dx160D GORE-TEX® PRO with a 100% recycled nylon face to provide extra protection and durability.</p> <p>Key features include a storm hood fitted for a climbing helmet with one-hand adjustment, asymmetric cuffs with Velcro® adjustments, two-way under-arm ventilation, strategically placed napoleon pockets to avoid interference with harness and backpack, and a two-way front zip for flexible ventilation.</p> <p>The jacket has a technical fit with a Y-cut and articulated arms for good movement while climbing. A longer cut in the back ensures extra protection.</p>
