More about GORE-TEX® Pro
Washing your GORE-TEX® and dri products will prolong the life of the product. This is how you should wash GORE-TEX® and dri products:
Remember to close all zippers and Velcro. The garment should be washed at 40 degrees, with a mild detergent and no softening or rinsing agents. Do not use bleach. Softeners, rinsing agents and bleaches can damage the fabric’s water-resistant properties (not the membrane/waterproofing) and the color of the fabric. Rinse the garment twice, if possible. Use water repellent spray on the outside of the garment after washing for optimal water-resistance (this has nothing to do with the waterproof quality of the garment, but makes it easier for water to roll off the outer fabric). Dry the garment on a low setting in the dryer, if you like, or iron it at a low temperature. Warmth helps to reactivate the waterproofing. The garment must be dry before washing and before being put away.

Solid mountain pantDoesn´t matter the weather, this pant won´t let you down.
For ice climbing, mountaineering or alpine climbing, this is probably my most robust and reliable pant to tackle any condition. Love the durability, the fit and the weather proof that this pant offers. For a shortie like myself, fit is often an issue on mountain pants, they tend to get too long. BUT the Trollveggen GT light Pro is just great. I wear it in XS and it fits really well. Try it out.

nice fit for slender buildI have been wearing these pants 2 or 3 times per week for skiing. The comfort that these light-weight, sturdy pants deliver is excellent but there is one major drawback: -- the bottom leg opening is too narrow! It just barely goes over my ski boot with hardly any room to spare. It is annoying to be constantly struggling with this tight fit while adjusting my boot buckles. I may find a seamstress to help me modify this tight fit into something more user friendly and roomy because I love EVERYTHING else about these pants.
