Washing your GORE-TEX® and dri products will prolong the life of the product. This is how you should wash GORE-TEX® and dri products: Remember to close all zippers and Velcro. The garment should be washed at 40 degrees, with a mild detergent and no softening or rinsing agents. Do not use bleach. Softeners, rinsing agents and bleaches can damage the fabric’s water-resistant properties (not the membrane/waterproofing) and the color of the fabric. Rinse the garment twice, if possible. Use water repellent spray on the outside of the garment after washing for optimal water-resistance (this has nothing to do with the waterproof quality of the garment, but makes it easier for water to roll off the outer fabric). Dry the garment on a low setting in the dryer, if you like, or iron it at a low temperature. Warmth helps to reactivate the waterproofing. The garment must be dry before washing and before being put away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TAMOC JACKET An excellent product both in quality and function. Plenty of big volume pockets, an excellent adjustable good with a stiffened brim that also helps create a high collar when folding the hood. It has a comfortable fleecy chin piece and good quality zips. The chest vent is very welcome as it helps cooling easily. The fit is generous, allowing for layering and full pockets! So many jackets feel too tight when pockets are loaded and layers worn. The Tomac jacket is superbly comfortable. The only slight criticism is that I wish the internal zipped pocket was a little bigger. The jacket is so good, I'm going to buy another one because it's hard to find such a product that fills every need and I often find that good products are discontinued when I need to replace them. Well done Norrona for producing this brilliant jacket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great jacket - for rought conditions! After 40 days of use, i like this jacket even more. Its a bit longer than other jackets. The fabrics is softer than xpected, and it has features (Pockets, google cleaner etc.) that i really like. Really looking forward to wear this when freeriding Down hills and trough forests this Winter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My goto jacket Had it for 2 seasons. Love all the features but it all starts with the fabric. It is lite and soft. Many of my other jackets feels a lot stiffer and not as comfortable. It breaths really nice when I’m a bit sweaty, which again keeps me warm and dry. Venting with zippers are as good as it gets, and a huge bonus with the venting in front which I use a lot when ski touring. Pockets!! I love the amount of pockets and where they are placed. I can keep gloves close to me when not in use (keeping them warm) and quick access when I turn around and go downhill. I still have room for some snacks and my buff. When not in use, the pockets are not noticed at all. I’m protected from the snow getting inside even when using shorter gloves. The long fit of the jacket suites me well and the style feels modern without getting outdated the next season. I could go on, but this jacket will be my go to jacket most days. Tested in Norway, Italy, Austria and Japan. I’ve been so happy with it that now my wife got one too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Jackiet in great style. You can tell that there is a lot of thought that has gone in to this jacket. The choice of material to the zipper placement is spot on. Something i really like is the ventilation on the front, easy access and it makes a big diffidence when opened.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product, great service ! I ordered this jacket online from Australia during the Xmas - New Year break for a trip to Japan leaving 12th Jan. It arrived on time, with a minimum of fuss and performed perfectly in heavy Japanese snow conditions. Absolutely stoked by both the customer service and the jacket performance and fit

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wouldn't be without one! This is my second Norrona jacket bought specifically for snowboarding. It keeps the wet stuff on the outside and provides lots of dry storage options for lift pass, phone, cash etc. It's a great fit, very comfortable to ride in and looks great too. All in all a very good product.

Hi. I am 6.23 ft . I have bought the 29 Gore-Tex PrimaLoft Parka size Large and it is perfect for me. I want to ask if the Tamok has the same shape on the body... Thanks

    Asked by: Actarus 105
Hi Actarus 105. Thank you for your question regarding this tamok jacket. If you mean the tamok gore-tex jacket, this has a baggy fit, primarily meant for freeride and freestyle ski riding. Additionally, this jacket is a bit shorter than the /29 gore-tex primaloft parka. Since there is a variation of material used in both jackets, it would probably feel a bit different to wear. However, Large would be the right size for you. Best regards, Anette/Norrøna Fan Support
