Product highlight

Weight 640 gr.

Being the first jacket ever with the newly developed GORE-TEX® fabric with Vectran fibers, the lofoten ACE Gore-Tex® Jacket is setting the absolute benchmark among freeride products. The extremely light and breathable material is so durable we could not even cut it with regular scissors when making the prototype. The jacket is made for days with loads of powder, high intensity and will always provide you with the best weather protection there is. It comes with essential features such as a fitted storm hood with room for your helmet (with our single hand adjustment system of course) and a practical integrated google wipe. You can always bring your small essentials in one of the two chest pockets, the key card pocket or in the hidden inside pocket. Vertical front ventilation will make sure you get the air flowing when needed. The metallic appearance will make you look awesome every time you wear the jacket and is a result of a fabric so strong and durable it was impossible to dye. A must for the collector, a game changer for the freeriders and an ace within its segment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great jacket The jacket is fantastic. I hope it stays with me for years and years and then I’ll pass it to my son. It’s comfortable, light and does the trick in all weather conditions (even rain). But I thing I’ll haver a better thought in 10 years as I bought to last a “lifetime”. On the exclusive side, I haven’t seen anybody using this jacket and for me that’s an extra.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfort in the armor Very comfortable jacket despite a small rigidity of underarm start because of the zip, but it is relaxed very quickly. Everything is very well thought out and functional, with the little details that make the difference. The jacket looks indestructible and seems even more waterproof than a classic gore tex. No intrusion of snow at the hands or the bottom of the jacket. The vertical front ventilation is very effective without the snow can enter. Great product, keep it up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My dream jacket I spent the better part of last season in this jacket. It's hands down the sturdiest most functional piece of outerwear I've used. Except for maybe the ACE pants, those are pretty sturdy too. The vectran fibres feel more flexy and comfortable than regular face fabric, and I couldn't make a scratch in it despite my best efforts crashing into trees and scrambling over rocks. The features function as well as the regular lofoten, but I really enjoyed the full frontal zip venting, for when it's snowing but you want maximum breathability.
