This lightweight women's insulation piece provides an especially high level of breathability. Its soft and quiet face fabric and good air circualtion makes this suitable for a comfortable midlayer, yet wind resistance and water repellancy also makes for a comfortable outer jacket. This is a good option if you are concerned about weight and breathability but still in
need of protection and insulation. It has a soft, lightweight mesh liner, and Polartec
Alpha 60 grams insulation.
Polartec® Alpha® is the latest evolution of synthetic insulation offering a rare combination of lightweight warmth and true breathability in a "puffy" style garment. Because Polartec Alpha insulation is highly durable and more stable than other synthetic insulation products, more open-construction woven face and back fabrics can be selected to create an air permeable package. This small amount of airflow rapidly draws moisture away from the body and allows Polartec Alpha to be worn in a wider range of activities compared to classic "vapor barrier" style insulation.
Machine wash gentle cycle (40°C /104℉). Tumble dry lightly at low temperature. Iron at maximum 110°C, but should not be necessary. Can be dry cleaned. Do not bleach. Do not use fabric softener.

So warm! And pretty! This jacket is deceptive - it is super light and seems really thin and unsubstantial. But put it on and it is toasty warm and wind and water resistant. Great for layering if you will be out in really cold weather, otherwise great on its own.
Super duper pretty, get loads of compliments on it.

The jacket you'll always pack from now onThis is the kind of jacket that takes a while to convince you. It might be the different shiny look or soft the material, but once you put it on you'll never want to take it off again!
The Bitihorn alpha60 is incredibly comfortable and warm for such lightweight. It's also fairly wind tight, which means it works great for outdoor hikes and bike commutes!
I just would have liked the fit to be improved on the arms length, always too long for me.
