How to pack for lightweight trekking
New or old in the trekking game, it can always be a bit challenging to decide what to bring. Spending more time in the mountains than most people (and probably goats), we thought mountain guide, alpine skier and trail runner Guiliano Bordini was the perfct guy to grab a few tips from.

1. Antibac wipes
2. Light weight and breathable gloves
3. A lighter
4. A water bottle with some sports tape wrapped around
5. Fast drying, merino wool mix running socks
6. Hip pack for easy and light weight storage
7. Phone in a waterproof bag
8. Light weight, flexible and very breathable shorts

9. Waterproof, windproof and super light jacket for unpredictable weather
10. Wool mix base layer shirt with temperature regulation properties
11. Thermal blanket in case of emergency
12. A microfleece neck warmer which can be used as a beanie
13. Energy bar (or some other energy rich snack)
14. Wool boxer, keeping you cold when warm and warm when cold
15. Energy gel
16. An extremly packable and light weight down sweater
