Payment methods: 
- VISA and MasterCard. (we use 3D secure for your security on these transactions) Provider is named Dibs.
- Paypal - Fast payment
- Klarna Checkout - Payment with Visa/Mastercard, Invoice or partly payment (Norway, Sweden, Germany, Finland, Austria)

Europe - DHL Express 2 day delivery (except Norway, Switzerland and Sweden) and Fedex for worldwide shipping outside Europe.

Norway - Bring Norway
Sweden - Postnord 
You will get tracking with all carriers for you to track the shipment from us.

Return policy: 
The product can be returned to Norrøna within 30 days after receiving the product, and you will get a refund of the purchase to the card used for paying the order. Fill out the delivery note you got with the package, use the prepaid return label (Europe only) and send it with the products to us. Outside Europe, customer pays and are responsible for the return sending.

Exchange policy: 
The product can be exchanged in another product, with no restriction on number of days after receiving it. Fill out the delivery note, use the prepaid return label (Europe only), and send it with the products to us. Customer pays and are responsible for the return sending outside Europe. The product can also be exhanged for free in our official Norrøna Stores (Norway and Sweden), not our Outlets.

Cancellation:
It is possible that an item you have purchased is not available due to wrong stock information from our warehouse or other special situation. In that case we will contact you and find a solution. We are doing all we can for this not to happen!

- US: 3-4 days with Fedex
- Free shipping above 150 USD
- 20 USD in freight charge on purchase below 150 USD
- Products are sold excluding. Tax and Duties (25% withdrawn on the retail price in the checkout)
- Tax and duties will be charged from Fedex separately.

Outside Europe (Fedex)
- Canada: 3-4 days with Fedex (Free above 150 CAD)
- Australia: 4-5 days with Fedex 
- Japan: 3-5 days with Fedex (Free above 19 000 JPY)
- Rest of the world: 3-7 days with Fedex
- Products are sold excluding. Tax and Duties (25% withdrawn on the retail price in the checkout)

 

Taxes and duties is not included for shipments outside Europe. This will be charged from the transporter FedEx on a separate bill according to their guidelines for your country. The products purchased online to markets outside Europe is sold ex. VAT. The VAT will be deducted from the original price in the shopping bag.

This is fees set by your country's customs.

Taxes and duties

Countries outside Europe is purchasing without taxes and duties included. Orders delivered to USA and Canada will be charged taxes, duties and handling fee upon delivery from Fedex according to their guidelines from your country/state. You will be charged for the taxes and duties when importing the purchased products into your country. 

Taxes and duties on the product in the Norrøna webshop will be deducted on the order and payment. This can be seen on the price in the shopping bag in the checkout process.

Please note:

The currency shown during checkout is based upon the delivery address that you enter at checkout.

Norrøna can dispatch orders on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday, please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.
