Returns outside Europe incl. Switzerland
We accept returns and refund of original payment for the product(s) within 30 days of purchase.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for our warehouse to receive and process your refund.
How to return a product?
Let us know what product(s) you wish to return by sending us an email including your order number to email@example.com
We will provide you with further instructions and documents by email.
The product you return must be unused, unwashed and in its original state with hangtag attached.
The customer covers the return shipping cost, tracking is recommended.
You can exchange the product into other product(s) in our official Norrøna stores, but not get a refund.
Exchanges is only for full price products (not outlet products), and no products can be exchanged in other retailers of Norrøna or in Norrøna Outlets.
Outlet products can only be returned online, through the process described above.
