Returns policy

Free returns in Europe excl. Switzerland with prepaid return label

Returns should be smooth sailing, so we’re offering one pre-paid return label to give you a hassle-free return experience.

We accept free returns within 30 days of purchase. 

How to make the return?

1. Put the unused and unwashed products in appropriate packaging for return shipment. Make sure the hang tags is still on. 

2. Place the delivery note inside the package.

3. Properly seal the package and stick the return label on the outside of the parcel. Make sure to cover the original shipping label if using the original packaging.

Policy

The product you return should be unused, unwashed and in its original state with hangtags on.

We’ll handle your return as fast as possible, but please allow up to 2 weeks before getting the refund back to your payment card. Shipping, warehouse handling and the payment provider use some time.

You can exchange the product into other product(s) in our official Norrøna stores, but not get a refund. Exchanges is only for full price products (not outlet products), and no products can be exchanged in other retailers of Norrøna or in Norrøna Outlets.
