Help information

We've experienced some issues with the register scheme when using Internet Explorer. If you have difficulties registering your claim, please try another browser. 

Please find below help instructions to fill in the service order:

  • Select Type: Select repair for damaged products / claim for defective products
  • Phone: Phone number must include the country code. Example: +47 (for Norway)
  • Model no. and size: This information you will find it on the black tag inside the garment. The Model No. fills in with 4 digits followed a “-” minus sign and 2 additional digits. A space and 4 additional digits for the color (as shown in the picture below).
  • Example of black tag:         Model no. 3000-13 5610      Size L
  • Select problem field: select reason why the product is sent to us from the provided list. See explanations below:
  1. Breathability: poor ability of the fabric to allow moisture vapor to be transmitted through the material.
  2. Colorfade: strong alteration of the original color.
  3. Delamination : different layers on the membrane start to separate, looks like air bubbles.
  4. Details:velcro, trims, pullers,etc. all sort of small parts belonging to the product.
  5. Fabric leakage: product is not waterproof.
  6. Glue failure: glue on products lost its functionality. 
  7. Pilling: little balls on your clothing, or pills, where the fabric is wearing out.
  8. Seam breakage: product breaks apart where its parts are joined.
  9. Tape delamination: degradation of the hot-melt adhesive on the face of the seam tape.
