Where can I buy Norrøna?

a)    You can buy all our products in our web shop with free delivery in Europe.
b)    We have our own Norrøna Flagship – and Concept Stores where you will find all our available products. We also have Norrøna Outlet Stores where you will find expired styles and colors sold with a 30% - 70% discount. Find our Norrøna Stores here.
c)    We have retailer partners in several countries. Find your local dealer here.

When will the product be back in stock?

a)    Click on the size that is sold out and you will get a message indicating our next delivery date.
b)    I get the message “Not in stock”, when will the product be back?
This product will most likely not be back in stock. Shoot us a message and we can check it out for you.

How do I pay?

We have a 100% secure payment solution through Dibs payment which supports VISA and Mastercard. To fulfill the payment they use 3D secure for validating the purchase. This is for security reasons. We are working on implementing Paypal as an alternative payment solution. You can shop as a guest or getting the delivery adress prefilled through having a profile. For questions: webshop@norrona.no

How to choose size?

Choosing the correct size is not always easy. We try to guide you through our size guide, and most of the time you will find a good fit with the size you use in other comparable products. The size guide is based on body measurement and there you can also see example models with measurements and the size they use. 

How do I create an account in the web shop?

There are two ways to create an account:

a)    Click on the “Log in” button in the upper right corner of our website (www.norrona.com). Then click on “Create account” (http://www.norrona.com/en-GB/Register/) in the bottom of the log-in window and fill inn necessary information. You have now created an account in our web shop.
b)    Add your preferred products in the shopping bag and continue to the checkout. Here you have to fill inn customer information for delivery, and you will also be asked to create a Norrøna account. Check the area; “I wish to create a Norrøna account”, and we will create the account based on your already filled in customer information.

Do I need an account to shop in the web shop?

No, you can choose to shop as a guest without registering as a customer. You need to actively choose the option to register if you wish to create an account during your checkout.

I have forgotten my password, how can I change it?

Click here if you've forgotten or need to cange you password. You can also find the link below the “Log in” area in the top right corner of our website. You will now get a new password sent via e-mail.
