How to make returns in EU

We appreciate that you bought a Norrøna product, and are sad to hear that it didn't match your expectations on size, fit or other reasons for your return.

It is important for us that you have a great shopping experience and feel safe when buying a Norrøna product.

What is our return policy within EU?

We accept free returns and refund of original payment within 30 days of purchase. Allow 1–2 weeks for our warehouse to receive and process your refund. The return will be handled by DHL and sent to our warehouse in Kolding, Denmark.

How to make a return:

1. Ensure your product is unused, unwashed and undamaged
2. Pack the product for return shipmen in the original package from Norrøna if it is not damaged
3. Leave the return instructions scheme inside the package 
4. Attach the pre-paid return label from DHL on the outside of the package.

For sending the package back to Norrøna you have two options:
1. Leave the package at a DHL Service point for it to be returned to Norrøna.
2. Schedula a DHL pickup of the package from your chosen address. Schedule your pickup here

Our goal is to handle your return as fast as possible. Please allow 1-2 weeks of handling time, as we need to receive the product, handle the return and then the payment provider use som days to transfer the money back.

All products must be unused and still have the tag on.
