Service Center
Do you have a tear in your jacket, or wish to shorten its arms? Relax, we can most likely repair it. Our Oslo store has a well-equipped service center and an experienced staff who repair most types of damage to your clothes. In addition, we have a large stock of spare parts at your disposal. If we do not have the right equipment to help you (this applies to e.g. backpacks), you can send the product to Norrøna Sport at Hvalstad for repair.

All products must be washed before being handed in. Products that have not been washed will not be received or accepted for repair.

Norrøna strives to impose as little harm as possible to the environment throughout the entire prosess from production to the store. We use environmentally friendly materials and techniques wherever possible, aim for a long product life time, and offer to repair damaged products. Further, we make an effort to create products that are recyclable.

The Service Center is open Wednesday and Thursday from 10–16.

Norrøna Flagship Store Oslo is our widely talked about store of 550 sqm over two floors. Here you will always find our whole inline collection and a good selection from some of our partners.  On the second floor is also our repair and service center, where repairs, spare parts and adjustments can be done.
