Skiing Lofoten is extreme. The skiing starts from pretty much anywhere along the ocean, with skins or snowshoes and the necessary backcountry and safety gear. It shifts gear on the mountain tops, at the most approximately 1000 meters above sea level, and ends up back down where it started, or in the next fjord over.
