Norrøna Magazine at Borgafjäll, Sweden

Skiers Magnus Tveito, Even Sigstad and Torkel Karoliussen checked out the not very well known resort of Borgafjäll in the north of Sweden a while ago. Together with photographer Mattias Fredriksson, they came home with a good story and some great shots that you'll see in the magazine next fall.
As Borgafjäll is the only place in Scandinavia with Heliskiing, Cat-skiing and lift-based skiing all out of the same resort, we had to try it all. Up high the views were spectacular in good weather and cold, clear air, while further down the snow quality was better, especially in the trees after a little snowfall. Norrøna Magazine #3 launch
Close to 150 mountainbike enthusiast and friends made it to Norrøna Flagship Store in Oslo for the singletrack season warmup and launch of our Magazine's latest issue. On the menu was a slideshow from Nelson by Photographer Kari Medig, introduction by writer Geir Anders Rybakken Ørslien who together are the makers behind the cover story from the BC mountainbike eldorado in this issue.The Norwegian biking magazine Terrengsykkel was there to talk about and show pictures from their bike testing trips to Lugano and the Como-lake, folowed by our own Norrøna ambassador Veronica Vikestrand showing pictures from Fjørå and inviting everybody to the 2010 edition of Fjørå Singletrack Camp 2010 in August.
