Delivery time:

Orders inside EU will be delivered within 4-7 days.

Orders outside EU will be delivered within 6-9 days.


Currency:


Orders delivered in Norway will be charged in NOK.
Orders delivered in Sweden will be charged in SEK.

Orders delivered in Switzerland will be charged in CHF.

Orders delivered in USA will be charged in USD. 
Orders delivered in Europe will be charged in EUR.
Orders delivered in the rest of the world will be charged in EUR.

Freight charges:

Orders delivered in Sweden will be charged SEK 100,00.
Orders delivered in EU will be charged EUR 20,00.
Orders delivered in Switzerland will be charged CHF 30.

Orders delivered in USA will be charged USD 20.

Orders delivered in the rest of the world will be charged 20 EUR.

Taxes and duties:

All orders delivered to EU include taxes and duties. Orders outside of EU will not be charged with taxes and duties and this amount will be deducted on the order and payment. Your shipping address will decide which currency you will be charged in. The buyer must pay taxes and duties when the package arrives. Please visit your countries´ customs to check these amounts.

Returns and Changing products:

If you want to return or change the products, all orders of value above 50 Euro (including freight) can be returned within 14 days after it has been received. The product needs to be shipped back on the most cost effective way. The product must be without damage and in original packaging. When the product is received by Norrøna, we will pay the money back to you within 5 working days. The freight cost will not be paid back.
