arktis cotton
This is a 300 g/m² tight woven cotton fabric. The recipe is from the 70's and we use the same construction today. The advantage with this fabric is that it breaths very well, it is highly windproof and gives good weather protection for a cotton. The fabric is very comfortable to wear. It works best in a dry and cold climate. Products with this fabric were used a lot on expeditions to the North- and South Pole up to year 2000, and in the Himalayas up to early 80's. This is definitively a classic fabric.
