Norrøna Magazine

In 2009, Norrøna started a new marketing initiative – Norrøna Magazine. We felt that we had a lot of great and interesting stories to tell, but that it was hard to get the messages across. Under the slogan “welcome to nature,” we wanted to make the best outdoor magazine in the industry. Our vision with the magazine is to inspire and impress.

"Our goal is to inspire readers to an active outdoor life," says Eidslott (Editor). "We'll be producing high-quality journalism, with articles on hiking, skiing, mountaineering, mountain biking, cross-country running and other outdoor activities. Readers will find interviews with talented athletes and competitors as well as reports from exotic destinations, all in Norwegian and English."

Norrøna Magazine comes out twice a year – in March and September. It is distributed through sporting goods stores where Norrøna is represented and as an accompaniment to established outdoor-life magazines in Norway and abroad.
